The Storm Electrify G/O (Gold and Orange) mid-performance bowling ball is a must-have for any bowler's arsenal due to the power and control it provides. Storm has combined the Reactor Pearl Reactive coverstock with the Circuit Core to produce a ball that offers versatility, performance, and value.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
Perfect Ball
with lots of revs it will let you play right, it is a later ball so it wont take off, and it works very great on light oil.
none
dry to medium oil
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
personally i love this ball i average about 185 and first 2 games out the box i shot 2 230's and it was very smooth probably my favorite current light oil ball.
so i have a reality and a zen soul so i need a lower hooking ball do you think this would be a good ball
This is a good option for medium to lighter oil and it will have good length if your Reality or Zen Soul are reading to aggressive or reading too strong earlier on the lanes.
How does this ball compare to hustle pow
This would be a very close comparison to the Hustle POW. Both are mid performance balls for medium to lighter oil conditions. Both have a pearlized coverstock and polished finish to give good length with a moderate backend hook. If you were needing a ball to replace your Hustle POW, this is a great option.
Currently I throw a Roto grip uc3 and uc2. I’m not a very fast bowler I throw between 11-13mph so those are way to strong for me at this point and their reaction is a little much for me. I also have a messenger titanium that it doesn’t react enough. Do you think this or the electric pearl will have a better reaction for me? Looking for something on dry-medium oil lanes as well as something for medium-heavy oil lanes. Any recommendations for both?
You may have to consider having two separate bowling balls because there is not one bowling ball that would work well in both light oil and also heavy oil. The Electrify G/O would be a good option for lighter conditions but it will not be strong enough to hand heavier conditions. I would think the UC3 would be a good option if the lanes are pretty oily and then the Messenger Titanium would be more for when the lanes are lighter to dry but if you wanted something more in between them you may consider the HyRoad Pearl or the Storm Revenant as a good option.

Looking at this for my daughter in 11lb. Assuming it has the modified centripetal core? She is 15 and on school bowling team.
Hello, yes the 11lb ball would have a modified centripetal core, but this is a great mid performance option for light to medium oil lane conditions.
Differences between the original hyroad
I’m good at hooking the ball but I need a lighter ball I just don’t want to spend 300$ on a new ball but I need a ball that can hook is this a good option
