Bowling Bag GoodiesBowling is your new hobby. You’ve joined your local league and are beginning to do very well. Now you are at the stage where you are getting your own equipment for your game. Let us help you really know what you need in a well equip bowling bag. The last thing you need to be worrying about during a game is whether or not you have the right stuff in your bag! Start with your own bowling ball, bowling shoes and a sturdy bowling bag. These are at the heart of any equipment list.

Then the following items can be added to those and should be on your “Need to have” list. Bowling Ball Cleaner – like everything we own it seems, we need to keep our ball clean in order for it to last longer and keep to the same performance level. A Bowling Towel – Wiping the excess oil off your ball is essential. Grip tape – helps the thumb come out of the ball easier and keeps it from slipping out prematurely Grip sac – will keep hands dry and your ball secure and under control. Skin patches – for any blisters that might occur. The next list is a “Nice to Have” list. One that you can accumulate over time and love to use so much they might hop up to the “Need to Have” list! Shoe covers – “booties” They are great covers for your bowling shoes when you leave the area and walk throughout the alley. Shoe brush – if your shoes are losing their slide, a brush will help. Easy slide – this is a light powder/resin that when applied, allows the thumb to easily exit the bowling ball. A small carrying case within your bag would be helpful to keep things organized. It is exciting to put together your own equipment. Every bowler is unique and your equipment can reflect that. We hope this list is helpful and that you will visit us back at www.bowling.com for all your equipment needs and put our customer care to the test.
