The Saint Francis-Illinois men and Robert Morris-Illinois women swept their way to the titles in the finals of the Bowlstrong Collegiate Classic in Springfield, Illinois, over the weekend.

Saint Francis defeated the Robert Morris men's squad, 3-0, in the championship match. Saint Francis won the title 192-167, 205-158 and 193-186.

Robert Morris led the men's standings after two days of Baker competition with 7,223, while Saint Francis was second with 6,767. Only the top two teams advanced to the final round.

In the women's final, Robert Morris took down Saint Francis, 3-0, with wins of 198-185, 214-205 and 222-191.

Saint Francis topped the qualifying in the women's division with 7,163, while Robert Morris was second with 6,858.

In other USBC Collegiate action over the weekend:

- At the Allstate Sugar Bowl Collegiate Bowling Invitational in Kenner, Louisiana, Sam Houston State defeated Stephen F. Austin, 4-3, to take the title.

- At the Southwest Intercollegiate Bowling Conference II meet in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, LSU won the men's division, while Spring Hill took the top spot for the women.

- At the Pennsylvania Classic in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, William Paterson finished on top of the men's division by a wide margin. Penn State was the only women's team to compete.

- At the KU Fall Baker/Team Matches in Reading, Pennsylvania, LIU-Brooklyn led the 16-team NCAA field by a narrow margin over Delaware State.

- At the UPIKE Orange and Black Classic in Dayton, Ohio, the Lindenwood men defeated Wright State, while the Pikeville women defeated Bowling Green to take the title.

- At the Sandhills Collegiate Classic in Lincoln, Nebraska, Midland topped Nebraska to take the men's title, while Wichita State beat Midland for the women's title.

- At the Wisconsin Collegiate Bowling Conference #2 meet in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Whitewater topped the men's field, while Madison finished on top of the women's division.
