Any chance this also clips onto the vise 3 Ball clear top?

The clips are not going to line up for a 3 ball clear top bag unfortunately. You would have to use the 2 ball shoe bag with the 2 ball roller only and the 3 ball shoe bag with the 3 ball roller only.
