DV8 Decree Solid
The DV8 Decree is a mid-performance bowling ball that is ready to take authority on the lanes. This ball uses the same Command Symmetric core that was successful on the Turmoil bowling balls. This core is paired with the Composite Fang Solid coverstock to offer a new degree of hook with a strong reaction at the midlane and backend on medium oil conditions.

Great Performance. Great Price
The first thing anyone will notice about the DV8 Decree Solid is the great color scheme. This ball really pops on the shelf. However, there is way more to this ball than just great color. The ball is a perfect bench mark ball for me on house lane conditions. My ball is drilled 5 x 30, and it gets through the front of the lane extremely well, but it still has enough to read the end of the pattern and smooth out on its way to the pocket. It keeps energy well enough to drive through the pins properly, and it will keep your strike percentage high. The price on this ball is fantastic, and you are getting A LOT of ball at this price point. Purchase a DV8 Decree Solid ASAP. You WILL NOT be disappointed.

75 x 3 ½ x 30 - PAP 4 ½ -> and ½^ - Speed - 15mph - Rev Rate
I went with a skid flip layout on this solid and when I first through the ball it was a bit too long for me. I took a light 1000 TruCut pad to this ball and I brought it the next week. This is what I was expecting out of the box reaction, skid and a big backend and that is what I got out of this solid coverstock. Standing left and throwing right, tugged shots still hook in the oil and it does not quit when getting out to the dryer boards. Great ball for a midline price!

DV8 Decree
Here is my take on the new DV8 Decree. The DV8 Decree features a medium RG symmetrical core wrapped by the Fang Solid cover finished a 3000 Siaair. The color of the Decree is white/black/pink.
My "vitals" are a 405 rev rate with a PAP of 5 9/16 over and 1/8 up. I have drilled 2 Decrees- 1 with 60 x 5 ¼ x 70 (pin down) and another with a 40 x 4 ½ x 20 layout (pin up). I have tried the DV8 Decree at box surface on fresh and burnt THS.
The goal of drilling the Decree was to replace Hammer Vibe Oranges- to find a good all-around benchmark ball. The Decree did not disappoint. On fresh THS, the pin down Decree showed plenty of continuous motion and power from various angles/hand positions. The pin up Decree, as expected, showed a sharper/quicker transition which indicates that the Decree can achieve different motions depending on layout and thus is versatile. The Decree should be best suited for most medium volume patterns on medium to shorter lengths. The Decree definitely will be one of those balls that is a "benchmark" ball- the ball that you start with or at least will tell you whether you need to go up or down a ball. I expect that given the versatility of the Decree based on layout, the ball should be suited for many different styles.
