Motiv Combat Tank LE

Tanks are tough and strong and the Motiv Combat Tank is no different. This urethane bowling ball is unique in that it features Motiv's hybrid Alchemy coverstock and Recon core. The Alchemy Hybrid coverstock is a rare find for a urethane bowling ball. This blended coverstock helps overcome the weaknesses of a Pearl Urethane or a Solid Urethane. This cover generates effortless length with greater continuation while still offering the traditional urethane motion. This is the first time the Recon core has been paired with a urethane ball. This core offers a higher RG and more differential which results in a little more length and more down lane continuation. The Motiv Combat Tank is finished with a 3000 Grit LSS finish but polishing or sanding the surface will make big performance differences. This is a limited release so Motiv does not intend on producing more after the initial release.

Question:

Which is better Tank Rampage vs. combat tank Le

Answer:

It will depend on the reaction you are looking for. The Combat Tank is designed to go a little later with the hybrid urethane cover and so the reaction is good length and good continuation on the backend. The Tank Rampage is designed to be a smoother reaction as it reads the lanes a little earlier.
