Hammer Web Tour Edition

The Hammer Web Tour Edition gives a silky smooth reaction by combining the TourV1 coverstock with a modified Spheroid core. The TourV1 coverstock has been researched, tested, and tweaked to develop the most forgiving coverstock that Hammer has offered to date. The original Spheroild core has been modified to have less flare and more control. This ball has been designed to create a stong midlane reaction with a continuous backend on medium oil conditions. This bowling ball is Carbon Fiber Infused! Carbon fiber is one of the toughest materials on earth. Hammer decided to add this material to the inner core of this ball for added strength and durability allowing them to offer an incredible 3 year warranty.

WOW!!!

I've had this ball for a little while, but only recently started using it and I'M IMPRESSED! When I need an earlier read on the lane and a smooth backend with tons of power, the Web Tour gets it done. I can miss right and think to myself, there's no way this ball is coming back and all of a sudden it takes a left turn and smoothly runs all of the pins down. I'm also able to miss inside of target and the ball will hold nicely. You won't be disappointed with the Web Tour. WOW!

This ball is my new go too for my league night!

This ball allowed me to confidently project it out and have total confidence it would read and steadily get into a roll and then slam the pocket. It's very versatile because when id been needing to change equipment up to 2 times over the course of the set, with this ball I was able to easily adjust to the changing lanes and it still performed beautifully with the same shape going down the lane. I threw a 677 set in league with no practice with it before that! My average is 179.

My #1 Go to ball

This is my go to ball. This ball is what my eye likes to see especially when I am struggling with carry or over/under league conditions, which I experience in both centers I bowl league in. This ball just likes to roll and I know where it's going and what it is gonna do on the lane! I have 2 drilled currently, pin up and pin down!!

Every bowler must have one of these in their arsenal!!

This is just the ball that we have been waiting for from Hammer and EBI! A ball that is strong in the midlane with a smooth arch through the break point and strong continuation through the pins. When the marketing materials say this ball is silky smooth, they are not exaggerating!
I put my favorite pin-down pattern in this ball: 4 3/8 x 4 1/4 x 4 5/8, and when I need to either attack the pins from the outside or from tighter inside angles where other bowling balls would have trouble with over/under, this ball will allow you to open up the lane with ease. With the ball coming with a 360/1000 abralon surface from the factory, I experimented with different surfaces but never used polish. One surface that I've been using quite frequently on house shots is 500/1000/4000, which gives me a little more length but also a little more tilt off the spot.
This is definitely one of my all time favorite bowling balls, period! This will certainly become one of your favorites as well!

I put my favorite pin-up pattern on this ball: 4 x 4 x 1 1/2", and I am able to attack the pins from several angles with ease. Absolute Control

The Web Tour is crazy smooth and still has great continuous motion through the pins. At any tournament this is always the first ball out of my bag. It helps me control the lane and also read the pattern with its smooth reaction. This is a key bowling ball for anyone to have in their arsenal. The Web Tour is very controllable and reliable, I recommend this ball for anyone to drill up.

Versatility

I have this ball as a compliment to my WEB. This ball for me is much smoother than the web but has the same non-stop drive through the pins. The best feature of this ball though is its versatility. I am able to throw two different types of shot on the same oil pattern allowing me to adjust with transition a based on where other bowlers are playing. I can play both straight up the outside or get left and play inside.

Web Tour- AMAZING

Here is my take on the new Hammer Web Tour. The new Web Tour features a modified Spheroid core to remove differential wrapped around the Tour V1 cover. The ball is navy in color. The Web Tour comes with a 3 year warranty as do all Hammer releases.
My "vitals" are a 405 rev rate with a PAP of 5 9/16 over and 1/8 up. I drilled the Web Tour with a 45 x 5 x 30 layout. I am drilling my equipment currently without weight holes in conformity with the new rules that go into effect on August 1, 2018. I have used this ball at factory finish, 2000 Abralon, polished and 500 Abralon surfaces. I have tried the new Web Tour on a variety of THS and sport patterns.
I think what makes this ball unique is the CONTROL that it shows on sport patterns. Although some videos have shown to the contrary, this is not the biggest hooking ball out there. This ball has an early, smooth move with lots of control of the midlane. It is very easy to see where the ball reads and thus make adjustments that make sense. This ball reminds me a lot of the original Low Flare back in 2013 but with a much better cover thus allowing it to play on more pattern distances. (The original Low Flare was amazing on short patterns but struggled when patterns got longer.) The Web Tour will play on short but will be in play on longer pattern distances. The surface chosen will determine when the ball reads the midlane but regardless the ball motion is very controlled which on sport is often extremely important. This ball has generated a lot of buzz lately because of its performance and for good reason.
See your local proshop for more information on the new Web Tour by Hammer.

Silky Smooth Hammer Web Tour Edition

Hammer introduces a brand new cover with this release, the TourV1. The R&D team worked for some quite time to get this one right and now feel it has been finally perfected. Well they didn't lie. The combination of the Spheriod core and this new cover creates a ball motion like no other. So silky smooth through the fronts but what is amazing is the continuous ball motion in the back part of the lane for a low flaring ball. Most low flaring balls for me get "smaller" downlane but this one opens up the lane so that my misses can still get back to the pocket and strike! McDonalds has a special sauce, Hammer has the Web Tour Edition! Get yours today!

Awesome Carry!

This ball is really one of the best Hammer has released, ever! I'm an average rev and speed bowler, but this ball kicks out more 10 pins than anything I have thrown in years. Very smooth through the heads and mid lane, but holds an amazing amount of energy to the pins. Definitely my go to ball now.

Smooth as Silk Baby

This ball for me is awesome. I listened to all the information and wanted to make it different than my Web. I put the pin under because the ball was already characterized as earlier than the Web and smoother. Boy howdy - You got than right!
This ball is so smooth but aggressive. Keeps the pins low for me and I love how subtle it is in reaction but how strong it is at the same time. The smoothness makes it very predictable and I know I can see the same shape as my Web but earlier and smoother when I want to blend out the pattern. Great piece for any bowler.

The ball we have all been waiting for!!!

If you love urethane shape but don't have the rev rate to make them hit the Web Tour is the ball for you. This ball has a very nice smooth shape picking us nicely in the midlane and keeps the pins low for great pin carry. The Web Tour is the first ball out of my bag as it allows me to control the pocket better than any other ball in my arsenal. This ball is similar to the Arson Low Flair with a stronger cover. The Web Tour is a must have ball.

Pros:

This ball has a really smooth predictable motion

Cons:

Best Uses:

I think this ball will work on most oil patterns

The Hammer Web Tour is a keeper

This is my new benchmark ball, first out the bag everywhere. It has a very similar roll to my Ebonite GB3 with just a little more kick at the pins and continues through hard. Just look around the internet, there are Honor scores all over the place and the ball has only been out a few days. I think is will be best on medium oil conditions, but I can see it being used on a variety of oil patterns. This one is a must have.

Hammer Web Tour Edition

I drilled this ball with the pin in the ring finger and the cg is kicked about an inch. After hearing about how great this ball for weeks I thought that I'd be let down, but I wasn't. This ball should be a staple in bowlers bags. The reaction is so smooth and the cover is conducive to all types of oil patterns. This ball is special. You can watch this ball go down lane at Tamer Bowling Reviews on YouTube.
