We offer a True Fit guarantee option which can help you switch sizes and it make exchanging the same shoe for a different size easier, quicker, and cheaper. For the slide soles that you purchase separately, they are cut to fit so the pad fits all sizes and you just cut down the sole to fit your size shoe.
