Answer:
Yes, and yes. You can select 14lbs in the weight selection box and if you wanted to get finger tip drilling just let your local proshop drill the ball for you so they can make it fingertip. Our drilling for $14.95 is a conventional drilling so we could not do the finger tip drilling through us but you could have it done locally.

There are not any features on this ball that are designed to give the ball hook potential so there will not be another ball that is designed to roll straighter unfortunately.
