I have got Dexter shoes (about 20 y.o.). There is SST 5 labeled on the outer side of the tongue and 6•M on the inner part of the tongue. Which size should I choose?

Hi Anna, we recommend choosing your normal shoe size. If the shoe size of your current Dexter shoes are a 6 and they fit good, then I would suggest a size 6 in your new shoes.
