If you purchase the True Fit then the shoes will come with a pre-paid return label in the box and this label can be used to switch the shoes out for a different size of the same shoe model. It covers your return shipping and there will be no reship fee for the next pair to go out. It also speeds up the exchange because we can process the next pair to ship out when you fill out the True Fit RMA form on our website instead of having to wait for the first pair to get back. If you did not have the True Fit and you had to do an exchange, there would be a return shipping fee and a reship fee for the next size that ships out. Also we would have to wait for the first shoe to get back before reshipping the next size.
