Is the core the same in 13 pounds?

The RG numbers do change in 13lbs (2.59) but it has the same RG Diff (0.33) so it may be a slight change.

In the 10lb weight it will change to basically a pancake weight block so the performance will be primarily from the coverstock.

Yes, this could work well for a high rev bowler. It is rated for a lighter oil but for a high rev bowler you could use this into more medium oil conditions.

The coverstocks will effect the length. The hybrid coverstock will react a little earlier than a pearl coverstock and give you a slightly smoother hook.
