The upper does have some stretch to it but I would not recommend trying to use this if you really need a wide width. Linds has a wide width option for their Classic shoe model or you may also check out the KR Strikeforce line if you wanted something with interchangeable soles offered in wide.

Yes, the Linds shoes are partnered with KR Strikeforce so if you needed to get more soles or heels for this shoe you may purchase the KR Strikeforce soles and heels and they work interchangeably.

Hello! You may try rubbing the heel on the floor under the ball return to pick up some dust & oil which will increase the slide of the heel.
