Hammer Bowling Gear

It all started with a single black ball called the Hammer with a urethane shell twice as thick as other bowling ball makers were using. The result? It hit harder and knocked down more pins! This was the first in a long line of no-nonsense high-performance bowling balls for serious bowlers. It's still true today. "Nothing hits like a Hammer."

Damn good ball
Hammer Scorpion StrikeI only bowl on house shots and I learned to really like the ball. I don’t have the best form, and for the same reason, I had to train a fair bit to be able to use this ball. So for two weeks, I really didn’t like it, however, I love the skid flip nature of it so much. I don’t know if I ever hit Brooklyn and didn’t strike.

Hammer Hazmat Pearl
Hammer Hazmat PearlThe Hammer Hazmat Pearl is pretty strong overall especially for a ball with a pearl cover. It picks up in the mids and is more forward than angular in my opinion. That can be good on flatter shots where an angular ball would have more potential to split. It does pick up in the oil where some other pearls might not. The Hazmat pearl does hit hard for sure. Not a bad piece to have in the arsenal.
